We have a Registered Nurse (RN) on staff, which allows us to better support individuals with medical needs and ensure a higher level of oversight, training, and coordination of care.

Our leadership team includes individuals with direct experience as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), giving us a unique understanding of both the client and staff perspective. Because of this, we are deeply committed not only to the individuals we support, but also to the staff who provide that care.
